  1. Terms and Conditions of business.

    General:

    On your first lesson you must bring with you both parts of a valid driving license.

     

    Any Glasses or Contacts that you need must be brought every lesson. We cannot proceed with the lesson if you do not have them.
     

    The instructor shall have the right to rearrange any appointment to a time convenient to both parties if the instructor is not available for any reason.
     

    Cancellation:


    Lesson cancellations can only be made by the pupil directly with the instructor at least two working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) prior to the commencement of the lesson, otherwise lesson fees will not be refunded.

    Data protection act:


    Any information that it is necessary to collect about you will be taken only with your full permission. This information will not be disclosed to any other parties except the Driving Standards Agency for the purpose of booking tests. All information will be deleted once you cease to be a pupil.

    Test bookings:

     

    Payment will be required in full for theory or driving tests before they are booked.


    If you ask us to cancel or change a test booking and loose the fee to the D.S.A because of the lateness of your decision, we will not refund the fee.

     

    The pupil may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test only if the driving instructor is satisfied that the pupil is at the required standard.

     

    At the test centre

     

    You must take the following items with you to the test centre:

     

    A valid UK Provisional Driving Licence (Both parts)

    A valid Theory Test certificate


    Personal Property:


    PassEasy Driving School accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.

     

    Mobile Phones:


    All pupils should ensure that these are switched off, prior to entering the tuition vehicle, for safety reasons.

     

    Limit of liability in dealing with Driving Lesson complaints:

     

    Any refund resulting from a complaint being upheld will be limited to the value of the Driving Lesson conducted immediately before the complaint was registered.  No refund will be given in respect of any lessons that were conducted prior to this.

     

    Drop Location:

     

    The drop off location at the end of the lesson will be the same as the pick up at the start unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the Instructor prior to the start of the lesson. Instructors are not bound to make such arrangements. Instructors may operate a piggy back system when running their appointments and Pupils may not be returned home until some time after their lesson has ended.

     

    Smoking Policy:

     

    Smoking is not allowed in any vehicle
